DarkHorse AI is a division of DarkHorse IT, a family-owned shop in Moorhead, Minnesota. Before AI got a marketing budget, we were doing security, websites, hosting, internet protocols, and email for businesses in this region.
That history shows up in the defaults: least privilege, real backups, documented systems, no mystery vendors in the middle. When we say security-first, we mean it is decided before the build starts, not bolted on after a client asks.

No. Agencies are one door. We also teach public and on-site classes, and we build custom AI for any business that needs it.
Are class prices public?
Yes. Beginner $75, Intermediate $100, Advanced $150. Custom project work is quoted after we understand scope.
What is the difference between darkhorseit.ai and darkhorseit.com?
.ai is AI classes, custom AI, and agency enablement. .com is the parent MSP: managed IT, cybersecurity, and the long-running infrastructure practice.
Are we buying a tool or a team?
A team. Agency and portal partners get Jeff plus deep technical knowledge, white-label delivery, and a production system kept current with the state of the art. Not a product you buy and babysit, and not a forced DarkHorse brand on your client sites.
